Manufacturing Support

Aerocomp provide support throughout the manufacturing phase including design services for manufacture, the generation of manufacturing drawings and signing off drawings and models.

We have the ability to be as involved as a project requires and are able to integrate with existing design and build teams. We are also happy to provide advice on material and supplier selection.

We have experience of defining allowable manufacturing defect parameters which satisfy structural, manufacturing and quality requirements. We have also been involved in NDT (Non Destructive Testing) of composites using a variety of methods as part of the manufacturing quality control process.
